BBQ Cook-off

The Texas Youth Expo would like to invite you the 1st Annual BBQ Cook-off. The show will be May 1-3, 2026, at the Brazos County Expo Center in Bryan, Texas.

 

Participation is open to students in the 7th grade through high school seniors, and all contestants must be accompanied by an adult.

 

The Texas Youth Expo BBQ Cook-off Contest will award prize money to the top five teams in the meats division, with a grand prize of $1000 to the Overall Grand Champion and $500 to the Reserve Grand Champion. The Jackpot Division will feature a 100% payback to participants.
